Welcome to E-POLARIS. These Terms and Conditions govern the business relationship between E-POLARIS (“the Company,” “we,” “us”) and our clients, reseller partners, and government entities (“the Client,” “you”). By engaging with our services or purchasing our products, you agree to the following:
- Scope of Services
E-POLARIS provides value-added distribution and technical solutions, including but not limited to:
- ICT Infrastructure: Networking hardware and scalable infrastructure.
- Visual & Collaboration: Smart display, LED, and AV integration.
- Power & Energy: UPS systems and Smart New Energy solutions.
- Security: Physical and cybersecurity ecosystems.
- Quotations and Orders
- All quotations provided by E-POLARIS are based on the “tailored technical solutions” discussed during pre-sales consulting.
- Orders are considered final once a formal Purchase Order (PO) is received and confirmed by E-POLARIS.
- Product Standards and Quality
- We commit to providing High-Quality Products that exceed industry standards in materials and craftsmanship.
- As a distributor of premium brands (MAXHUB, LAMPRO, KSTAR, etc.), E-POLARIS ensures that all hardware is genuine and meets international safety and stability regulations.
- Warranty and Lifecycle Assurance
- Warranty Period: E-POLARIS provides a warranty period equal to or above industry standards.
- Traceability: All products are part of our Fully Traceable Warranty System to guarantee reliability.
- Exclusions: Warranties do not cover damage resulting from improper installation by third parties, unauthorized modifications, or external environmental factors beyond specified product limits.
- Technical Support and Maintenance
- After-Sales: We provide 24/7 online and offline support and a rapid response mechanism.
- Inspections: Clients may opt for “regular inspections and remote diagnostics” to prevent potential risks.
- Training: E-POLARIS offers technical training (online/offline) to enhance the Client’s team capabilities. This training is subject to separate scheduling and fee agreements.
- Intellectual Property
- E-POLARIS retains all rights to its “Built to Invent” proprietary methodologies, technical designs, and consulting frameworks.
- The use of brand trademarks (MAXHUB, WI-TEK, etc.) is governed by the respective global brand owners and may only be used by authorized reseller partners under strict guidelines.
- Limitation of Liability
- E-POLARIS strives for Operational Excellence; however, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages (such as loss of data or business profits) arising from system downtime, provided we have met our “rapid response” obligations.
- Our maximum liability is limited to the value of the specific product or service that is the subject of the claim.
- Payment Terms
- Payment terms are as specified in the individual Sales Agreement or Invoice.
- E-POLARIS reserves the right to suspend support services or warranty claims if account payments are overdue.
- Governing Law
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates (UAE). Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Dubai.
